Refund & Cancellation Policy

Vraj Vivah is an online matrimonial (matchmaking) membership service. It is free to join — creating a profile and browsing members costs nothing. We also offer an optional paid Premium membership that unlocks extra features. This policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds work for Premium. Vraj Vivah is operated by Reena Garg (sole proprietor).

New members can start a 7-day free trial of Premium with no card and no payment. No money is taken during the free trial, so we encourage you to use it to decide whether Premium is right for you before you pay. The refund terms below apply only after you purchase a paid plan.

Premium is sold as a one-time purchase for a fixed term you choose — 1, 3, or 12 months (see our Pricing page for current plans and prices). It is not a recurring subscription — we do not store your card or charge you again automatically. Because nothing renews on its own, there is nothing to “cancel” to stop future charges: if you simply don't buy another plan, no further payment is ever taken. Your Premium access continues until the end of the term you already paid for.

Premium gives you immediate access to digital features the moment your payment succeeds. For that reason a paid plan is non-refundable except in the specific cases below, where we give a full refund:

• you were charged more than once for the same plan (duplicate payment);
• you were charged but did not receive Premium access due to a technical error on our side; or
• a payment was taken in clear error and you tell us within 7 days, before making meaningful use of Premium.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method — we never send refunds by any other route.

Email us at admin@vrajvivah.com with the registered email on your account and the date and amount of the payment. We acknowledge every request within 48 hours and, where a refund is due, approve and initiate it within 3 working days. Once initiated, the amount is returned to your original payment method through our payment provider and your bank; this can take up to 5–21 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Vraj Vivah is a fully digital service. Premium is activated on your account instantly online the moment your payment succeeds — there is nothing physical to ship or deliver, and no shipping or delivery charges apply.

If you have a complaint about a payment, a refund, or any part of the service, our Grievance Officer will help. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
