Our Eternal Shelter

Śrī Śrī Nitāi-Gaurāṅga

Śrī Śrī Nitāi-Gaurāṅga, lovingly given this name by our spiritual master, His Holiness Radhanath Swami, are the heart and soul of Their home, Nitāi-Gaurāṅga Seva Dhāma.

They mercifully entered our lives on Balarāma Pūrṇimā in 2016, and since then, we have personally experienced how Their compassionate shelter can transform the direction of one’s life. Opportunities for service, Vaiṣṇava association, and spiritual growth began unfolding naturally.

Whatever service takes place here belongs to Them. We feel especially grateful that They allow us to serve Them, welcome Vaiṣṇavas into Their home, and use Their Seva Dhāma for the service of devotees.

In this special year of ISKCON’s 60th anniversary, we also gratefully celebrate ten years of Their merciful presence and shelter in our lives.

In 2020, the Six Gosvāmīs of Vṛndāvana also mercifully entered Nitāi-Gaurāṅga Seva Dhāma, bringing another beautiful dimension of shelter and guidance into our lives. They hold a very special place in this sacred home and in our spiritual journey.

Their lives embody complete dedication to Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu’s mission and reveal the path of devotion. Their presence continually reminds us that the mercy of Śrī Śrī Nitāi-Gaurāṅga is approached through sincere sādhana, humility, service, and devotion as revealed by our ācāryas.

We see Them as guardians of the path leading to the loving service of Rādhā and Kṛṣṇa. We pray to remain under Their shelter and to receive even a particle of the mood of service They so perfectly exemplified.

Śrī Guru-paramparā

At the foundation of everything is the mercy of our guru-paramparā. Whatever spiritual direction, opportunity for service, or desire to serve has come into our lives has reached us through Śrīla Prabhupāda, our spiritual master His Holiness Radhanath Swami, and the Vaiṣṇavas who continue to guide and inspire us.

Their teachings continually remind us that spiritual life grows through gratitude, service, and faithful connection with the disciplic succession. We understand Nitāi-Gaurāṅga Seva Dhāma and every service arising from it as gifts received through that descending current of mercy.

Vraj Vivah is also offered in that same spirit, with the prayer that devotees may build Kṛṣṇa-conscious families centered on devotion, service, and Vaiṣṇava association, and that this service may become a small instrument in carrying Śrīla Prabhupāda’s mission forward.
